This is one of the (amazingly) useful places over there, and explains the cesspool we retail investors must live in. FWIW, I chastized the Admins there for their inconsistent criteria and deletions yesterday.
I also see one of our favorite people claims to have contacted SEC and FINRA and says the R/S has been rejected. Can that be done? Or, does that remark constitute insider info if true or a surefire signal to short the stock in either case?
Nice to see the cast of nice characters has grown here! Thanks again to Max, Joe et al for the heads up and making this a happy home around the CampFire.
