Interesting situation that happened this evening on PTOI ihub board:
First you should know I am banned from posting on that board but I still read it.
I normally post the FINRA short sale numbers on two other boards so check the FINRA board often. Had been checking the board every few minutes looking for the numbers which were late. While I waited in between checking was reading the PTOI board on IHUB and read this post:

Retail has already admitted to painting the closing price yesterday, case closed.
Further the short volume is 22.7%....... Good job Pros.... Only a little over 61,450 shares... But as always short volume is meaningless. FINRA website is slow there are much faster websites with the info.
Once again showing the NN isn't the problem as false and misleadingly claimed.
I then went to the FINRA site but lo and behold nothing posted yet. I then asked two other folks to check the site and see if they could get the numbers. They could not as they were not yet posted. Finally they were posted shortly after 7:33. How did this poster have access to that FINRA information at least a half hour before it was available to the general public?
I welcome valid explanations! Go PTOI!!!
