If you refer to the video of Mayor Tom Bain,( not "McBain" as you have previously referred to him), he looks up and addresses someone present in the audience and thanks the Lakeshore Town Council for cutting through the red tape to get CEN Biotech approval to build. To infer that the town council was not aware of the intended use is false. Tom Bain was in full support of the mj facility and Lakeshore supports the production of mj and hemp.
