picon-megamania: I agree with your thoughts. I think BC has even said were going to be setting the industry standards once to twice in his announcements.
Granted Brian Wagner is providing his opinion; but keep in mind he lives and sleeps the Canadian Licensing process and not just for MMPR licenses. He has done the DD and I for one feel lucky to have seen that insight.
