I tried living in CA for about 1.5 yrs (late '90's). Just couldn't 'adapt'. My MI conservatism just couldn't fit in. Met some great people, but definately not people representative of the collective mass.
I pity the conservative mind in CA.
I'd be beating my head against a wall, if I were still there. lol
