So plastic which still requires some processing since it has to be separated from other garbage, but isn't sorted or cleaned. You're essentially saying that PTOI has spent five and a half years going in the wrong direction because they were stupid.

Call PTOI up and tell them that they should change business plans again based on your whim. They should get a new permit which allows unsorted plastic, not just the HDPE, PP and LDPE as is currently authorized, and that PTOI should head off in that new direction."

I have decided nothing. I am not running the company and I did not say that PTOI is going in the wrong direction. Oh wait...you said this and have been repeating it for a while now. It seems that you know pretty much everything about what PTOI should be and shouldn't be doing so why don't you give them a call. They won't take your call...I wonder why!
