So plastic which still requires some processing since it has to be separated from other garbage, but isn't sorted or cleaned. You're essentially saying that PTOI has spent five and a half years going in the wrong direction because they were stupid.

Call PTOI up and tell them that they should change business plans again based on your whim. They should get a new permit which allows unsorted plastic, not just the HDPE, PP and LDPE as is currently authorized, and that PTOI should head off in that new direction.
