Why are you asking me rhetorical questions to which if I, or even you, had the answer to would make us millionaires if not billionaires.
That being said, for that 8%, quality is the main criteria. Landfill waste for them doesn't cut it due to the amount of additional processing required to get it to the same quality level. If PTOI can solve their process issues to accept landfill waste plastic without further processing then, if I invest in PTOI, this will also make me a millionaire!
