TO THE BOARD...

Krea is not an insider of our company. He has no idea of the conversation we have had with the people at OTC Markets. He does not know who we spoke to and has never been involved in any of our conversations because these are all insider information at this time until we announce what we have done.  He does not know if we have applied or not to up-listed because that is not public information.  When that becomes official we will issue a press release and do an 8-k filing because it will be material information.  Lastly, he has never spoken to our contact at OTC Markets. He does not know who we are speaking with and has no information about any potential exceptions we have been offered.

Nothing he is saying here is true. He has sent me personal threats VIA PM and these types of people that come here just to spread lies do not belong on this board.  We had a clear understanding when this was created that this would be a place for intelligent conversations about the company.  Based on that I came here and we talked about the direction of the company. Krea's post are not opinions or thoughts about the company. They are out right lies with a single purpose of discrediting myself and the company.  They do not belong on this board.
