I agree and understand that timelines can be and often do get missed. The issue with a PDUFA date isn't the companies fault but with the FDA delaying. Obviously, a company can't be held responsible for what the FDA does especially if it reschedules the date. But this isn't that scenario. This is self inflicted wounds by a CEO that couldn't help himself and created unrealistic expectations when at the same time he claimed during his twitter Q/A session it was his job to temper them. I know he likes to talk about creating shareholder value but he is doing a better job of cratering it than creating it right now.
