If Gerald has a big catalyst to be announced at the Shareholder Meeting this drop today is simply academic. But if Gerald doesn't have an ace up his sleeve, we will sink further after the billion share vote.
You know what I'd do if I were Gerald and if my catalyst gun were out of bullets until December? I would announce that AMBS is delaying the billion share vote until 2015, after LymPro has been commercialized. This would actually turn into a positive catalyst because it would remove any suspicion of future dilution. It would be an act of good faith on the part of management that they are looking out for the shareholders. The pps would probably pop back up to .11 or .12 cents!!
By summer of 2015 when LymPro revenue is ramping up and we have 2 or 3 MANF orphans getting ready for clinical trials and we are getting positive Elto clincial data....then let him raise the AS. He could raise it to 3 billion for all I care, ONCE AMBS PROVES IT CAN EXECUTE!!
