I have thought we would get something significant

I have thought we would get something significant this week. Still a few days left. It just seems logical. I mean they are having exec comp approved. You would think they would want to ensure we were happy. Either way, we are within days of Q4. A lot of things have been promised in 2014, so logic would say they should start soon.
