I would guess 90% of the 92% that is not recycled is in a form that can not be collected to be recycled. It is like all the hoopla that was made over the huge plastic garbage patches in the oceans. The chances of recovering that mostly microscopic plastic are slim. Yeah, I know there's this kid with an ocean skimmer, but good luck cashing in on that.
And good luck getting your hands on all that non-recycled plastic.
Even if you could, it is not at all clear how much of it could be successfully processed by the P2O flagship.
