all we have is logic
new navial april 7a web version u discovered said erendira ship station- originally scheduled for this year was put off for 3 or more years -which tells me brad didnt expect any major port problems
most of the ships are merely designated by ship line -like the tokyo line-and japan is 2nd largest iron importer -
so ships could be going out w iron without knowing it- though previous shipments were not designated by shipline- but if brad has a non-Bao buyer it could be
though it sounded like he was waiting for price to rise-which it may some but not enough imo to justify waiting, given what should be large inventory-and what about 200k tons fert etc which should not be much affected by iron prices
as of april they had all permits as per navial website so why get permits without shipping? the price gyrations this year were not unexpected as of april
unless negotiations are taking much longer than expected for a long term contract and they are having problems w shipping sharks or port as bob did
