January 2014 we popped up to .138 cents but upon hearing we wouldn't be seeking a Lympro partner soon, the pps fell back to .07 to .08 cents for a few months!
July 2014 we popped up to .17 and .19 cents prior to the two Conferences, but when the expected Lympro data didn't show, we sank like a rock to .10 cents.
End of Summer 2014 we were expecting a LymPro partner, data, and revenue guidance. We got a master service agreement instead and our pps remains at .10 cents.
September 22nd, 2014 we will have a Shareholder Meeting where we will vote on raising our Authorized Shares from one to two billion....even though the increase in shareholder value Gerald has consistently promised....hasn't arrived yet. Perhaps he will have some surprise announcements at the Meeting that will pop up the pps?
If there are not new value increasing announcements, with the over hang of a billion new authorized shares....we could sink below .10 cents again as we finish September!!
Perhaps 2014 was just a warm up year for the break out?
Maybe Q1 of 2015 is the actual break out?
Certainly by Q4 of 2015?
There have been PROMISES made, but their DELIVERY has been delayed several times now. No one thought we'd still be trading at .10 cents by this time in September! As of August Gerald was telling us all that all the catalysts were on track for 2014, including LymPro commercialization and up listing.
The elephant in the room that no one is addressing is that Gerald probably thought we'd have a "classic partner" by end of summer also, but we didn't get one! If that is the case, and our lack of 20 or 40 million of up front money is delaying things....Gerald ought to just tell us that plainly!! He should say: "Hey, I think LymPro is worth more than any BP wanted to pay for it and so we are going it alone for the next 6 to 12 months until Lympro increases it's credibility. As a result of that our price targets are going to be lower and our up list date will also have to be delayed so we can avoid a massive RS."
If this is the case, Gerald should just tell us this! Our pps will take a hit for awhile, but at least everyone will know where we really are and Gerald will retain his credibility. If the above scenario isn't the case and Gerald still intends to up list by December....we are going to need some big catalysts pretty soon!
