I'm happy to hear that something is making you laugh, Dave. You're taking the dilution issue way too seriously. You're worrying about something that hasn't happened yet. That's why you're not getting any support here. It's not much of a concern to those who disagree with you. But perhaps we're all just drinking the Kool-Aid and becoming passive investors. How will the company make the right decisions going forward if we're not all holding their asses to the fire over every decision? Perhaps because they know what they're doing and have a strategic plan they're successfully executing, and the last thing they need are uninformed shareholders making mountains out of molehills and getting in their way.

Dilution going forward is not going to be the same as dilution previously, where the company just needed to survive to get to this point. Any dilution going forward is likely to be for true value-building reasons. Open your eyes and see where the company is now compared to where they were over the last several years. It doesn't seem a fair or logical comparison to compare their actions over the last few years to actions they "might" take in the coming years.

Everyone here should take a little time and read the excellent link posted earlier. Let's all read this and see if we can view possible dilution going forward in a different light and let go of our past conceptions of dilution.

Any dilution going forward isn't going to be to survive, it's going to be done to add significant value to the company and shareholders based on the things Gerald laid out for us in his recent blog regarding the reasons for the AS increase.
