facai: Where do I go from here? If I were all powerful I would set management down and say: "Don't raise the AS up to two billion until you raise our stock price up above .20 to .30 cents so we know you can deliver. When you prove you can raise it up there and keep it there, then we can vote on more shares."
That's all I'm after. It's really pretty simple. I hope Gerald gets that message by several of us. And I don't think it is unreasonable for someone who is long on AMBS to raise a stink about it....if for no other reason....to let management know we are watching and are keeping track of everything, including all of Gerald's past comments, intimations, promises, and dilutions. (As well as his accomplishments....of course.)
I think this kind of vigilance over what management does is healthy, not insane. I think Kool Aid drinkers in a small bio-med stock trading on the OTC are insane. I've done that before and vowed never again to be that complacent!
