Who's not happy with current shareholder value...dude? Did you purchase your shares yesterday? I know i am pleased with my gains after 2 years of investing, and significant shareholder value hasn't even started yet...
As far as dilution, i mean, possibly more dilution with increase A/S, could you repeat yet one more time you're thoughts on it? The idea seems a little compicated...
