People tend to get lost in dilution, or dilution with value. Ambs has used the dilution to bring the company to its feet and it is almost ready to run. What your interpretation of what JP said to me fails to take into account in the value I have gotten with the shares that I own. Granted I own a smaller % now, but the company is in a better position in every way. Plus for someone to have the same ownership stake that I have, at current market price would be 750% of what I paid originally. Not bad for 2 years and small potatoes compared to the upside potential.
Well stated and I am in complete agreement with you. There is no way we could have acquired certain assets, brought on key hires, paid the bills, moved offices, attend conferences to spread awareness, ETC ETC without the dilution thus far. Sure, there could have been less dilution, but that's not the point. The point is the company did what any start-up tends to do, dilute to keep moving forward. I am fine with the dilution thus far, after all, I don't know how one could expect to invest in a start-up, let alone a start-up biotech, and not know the repercussions. I'm up a couple hundred % on my original investment too, so all is well
