Not sure I see the correlation between the two. I am guessing many here have an average below the current price. Any purchase would be an average up. My last purchase was in the spring around .076.
My overall average is moving up but still below .02. Most were purchased below .01. Long term investment, to me, means to buy and hold with a watchful eye, but to stay invested at least 5 years. Now this is of course a very speculative stock on the OTC. I expected the float to increase. There were less than 100mil shares out when I first purchased. Shares are currency to get cash until revenue. The LPC deal has hopefully put the brakes on anymore financial deals that are bad for shareholders. We could draw the rest of the 18 million from LPC now and still be under 1Bil OS.
Now if AMBS were at this current share structure, without the current BOA, BOD, R&D, and pipeline.....I would have bailed out already. But given the robust increase in Intellectual Property, and the team being built around our young CEO, I can live with the float increase. The extra AS of 1Bil will not be going to LPC for more cash. GC said himself they have cash to take them into 2015 without LPC.
Trust me, my ears perked up with the notion of 1 billion extra share authorized. I am watching closely and will act accordingly. I'm just going to give them a little more latitude than others are. Nothing wrong with that. Were all here to make money.
