i made the phone calls back in 2010 to Finra directly
which i'd recommend you consider doing for yourself
btw .. long b4 BoW *was groomed* to divert and deflect *there*
i actually posted the content of those FINRA calls *contemporaneously*
via a board on the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
let me know if you'd like me to supply the link if you want to take your DD
from a SMB
