I agree. There was no new information in todays PR, that's the point IMO. We all already knew that a large inventory was on the way. The CEO had previously stated 20,000 units, well it looks like now he is saying there will be about half of that arriving. That is all well and good but as a shareholder it gives me nothing new whatsoever. I already was expecting inventory to arrive, actually I was expecting it to arrive "mid November", tomorrow marks the last two days of the month. Furthermore, as a shareholder I should be able to read as much detail as I wish from an audited 10K about minutia concerning the production and distribution network and systems set in place for operations. At the same time, I do not want to be too critical of the CEO, he has had a LOT on his plate and IMO he has done an amazing job turning this company around in a very short period of time! So props to Mr Allinder. However, there is always something for shareholders to complain about, we would not be true shareholders if we were not always complaining about something so I choose to focus on mainly the fact that this company is still not fully reporting or even current with the lax OTC markets reporting standards. While I appreciate the recent quarterly filing, there is no disclosure yet. Where is the 10K?! I was expecting the 10K in weeks, not months, back in August! It is now effectively December.

We also already knew about what the Cumulus product brings to the table as far as functionality and features. However if the CEO wished to push all of that out as news then it is under his prerogative. All I know is I learned nothing new today that I did not already know. I think its safe to say that there is really no forward looking PR that could be put out which would turn the market entirely bullish on the stock, save news that some gigantic game changer is "imminent" like a share buy back, massive multi-million dollar long term funding agreement, contract with Walmart, etc. I think for the market to really turn hugely positive in the stock based upon a PR the news needs to be about things that have been accomplished, signed, in-the-bag as it were, not more promises about the good things to come in the future. I think the reason why the market players did not once again tank the stock on the PR was because the stock is already bumping along at par value, $0.001, so I am not sure where the downside could possibly be at this price range, at some point, the PPS gets so low to be ridiculous and it really has no where to go but up. Of course, triple zero's can happen any time, we all know that, I just really cannot imagine the stock would find itself in triple zeros once again. Since the times last when we saw triple zero prices, the O/S was not very much lower from where it is now, maybe an extra 200M shares or so, but that is only like a 15% dilution in several months during the worst of the dilution and that dilution was for a very good positive for the company, getting completely out of debt and paying for getting fully reporting and being able to order a large inventory of product (the $700k deal). Not to mention in the last few months the stock did move into the 0.004 range so IMO it would be very surprising to see triple zeros again, it is certainly possible but all I know is that even without the 10K, I would probably make an exception for triple zeros and start up another accumulation phase to add to my position, just IMO of course.

We true loyal shareholders need and deserve the audited 10K filing, its that simple. Mr Allinder, let us light a fire under the auditors .... make them snap to and get R done, worrying about minute corp details right now while shareholders are getting crushed is like boat captains of the Titanic delaying everyone from getting on the life rafts to check that their bow ties are on straight and the children have the proper sunscreen on their noses; the ship is SINKING! No one cares about proper amounts of sunblock on their noses! Let us see that 10K!

May the force be with us.

Do or do not, there is no try.
