I see your point.  I just feel that there has been so much flipping emphasis on this 10k that it dulls everything else that is going on.  But see, a 10k, regardless of content, once filed is a completed act by RFMK.  No next week or about to involved...  Yeah, why would you put out PR about the arrival of fake inventory?  You wouldn't.  But them arriving this week vs. being ready to be bought are two totally different things...  In my opinion...
