I posted my expectations earlier and fully expect HC to grant approval and I can see no reason as to why, even with having to go through the zoning amendment process, they should get approval for the town.

I have spent my entire career in what was called Public Relations and is now called Communications (stewardess versus in flight attendant- A rose is a rose) and am very familiar how the pr machine functions. I know the difference between marketing and advertising, and I know what spin is and how to spin without being held accountable.
the interesting thing about message boards is this. The collective concious, those on the same side, adopt a familia tone where trust in blindly placed regardless of the lack of transparency as to whose interests lie where. Supprter A comes in and says...just saw some trucks going by on the highway...headed towards lakeshore...gotta be the grow equipment. the next thing so many trust this stranger (what Me Lie!!??) and then the that is why the price is going up, that is why we hit the jackpot next week they get them installed over the weekend. then wait, they would not have ordered the lights if they did not get the license! We got the license and so on. Competely fabricated but no one really calls anyone on it.
Now, I post a comment by the town lawyer. I am called an asshole. Well, check with the lawyer. If I said there is a party going on and lots of cars..well of course that can mean only one thing. We got the license! Or they would not be taking a course if they did not get the license! We got the license.
That is why I prefer fact to sentiment. I have stated my expectations as to approvals and licensing, I just hate the bullshit posted as fact, and the facts being called bullshit.
There you have it. You can check anything I have said, not with the company but with the town since it is their position, their statements.
So when a video is posted with Mayor Tom and Bill, well there is a press conference with Mayor Tom and Jim. My point is, a press release does not equate to approval. That process is different but that is the beauty of press releases, you can forget the bad ones and focus. Remember, it is not what is, it is what is perceived.
