I guess now is a good time to post on some of the
Post# of 56323
First of all, many of his comments are likely to be relatively accurate and second, who does he work for? Big Pharma? He (or she) obviously has a wealth of information that extends from detailed (insider?) information to extensive industry and town council information. So is this person a soft basher? Or is he perhaps posting here to help us investors to make better decisions?
I have said many times there will be numerous twists and turns. I am referring to a combination of events taking place within this new industry including but not limited to various governments (at all levels involved), involved companies (such as FITX and many others), stock market manipulations, real and perceived product need/use, etc., competitive industries (big pharma, tobacco, etc) and so on. Ultimately the basics come down to money and who can/will control the market. In this respect there are some things you can be certain of.
Is there a market for the products: Undeniably, Yes
Can the product be licensed/Regulated/Taxed? Undeniably, Yes
Does this market segment have the ability for growth?Undeniably, Yes
Are their big companies that will want to move into this sector? Undeniably, Yes
Now lets consider for a moment that FITX may have done some or all of the things per postings by thenewalbum
Does that mean FITX will not become licensed? Is that the insinuation here? Or in thenewalbum opinion does it mean FITX will be licensed but a license will be delayed as FITX struggles its way across the finish line?
This is my opinion
1. FITX will be licensed
2. thenewalbum works for either a competitive company, group or organization, possibly even pharma connected.
Because thenewalbum seems to care so much about the welfare of FITX shareholders to the point of perhaps undermining FITX credibility which could be detrimental to shareholder this is my suggestion:
FITX should be provided a copy of all posts made by thenewalbum and requested to provide a response to the shareholders. Prior to that happening thenewalbum should identify publicly (on this board) does he now or has he ever worked for or in any way represented any company, group or organization involved in any manner or intending to be involved in any manner in the mmj industry?
We welcome constructive criticism in this group and on this board. If you are implying FITX can not and/or will not ultimately be licensed then state that is your opinion and move on. Cloaking posts as due diligence while hiding behind your identity almost seems to be the very thing the accuser accuses FITX of being all about.
On the other hand, If you are so certain (you clearly seem to be) about your information then tell us what your endgame is?
I welcome your reply and leave you with this:
This market will not go away. There will be winners and losers.
FITX will be one of the winners. Just my opinion
