I would welcome Dave's return, even though some of his posts wear on me, especially the repetitive ones concerning possible dilution. I've had similar issues with others before, but in the end it's all good. I view possible dilution as a realistic problem for a pre-revenue biotech company, where it takes years to get an asset to the point of generating revenue. If dilution occurs because we don't give away a large percentage of our future revenue stream to a partner, in my mind that means we will have more revenue later to buy back shares. I have to have a long-term outlook here or I'll drive myself nuts.

Dave seems to be a genuine guy who wears his heart on his sleeve. I know we've all had fears at times, especially when we see the share price tank or being significantly undervalued, but there's something to be said for wise restraint and not posting every random negative thought about what might happen with the company on a public forum, especially when it tends to destroy investor morale. Take the concerns directly to management and the BOD, and if still not satisfied, sell or reduce your position to the point of being comfortable continuing as an investor.

I think back to my initial investment in this company almost 2 years ago. Looking back, I would have had much more realistic expectations had I chosen not to read these message boards on a daily basis, and just focused on the developments and news released by the company. These message boards can be a double-edged sword for one's long-term outlook and expectations for their investment.
