its kind of tough to perform equity distribution on the backs of conferences when 1-Bil AS vote is on the table...we need a strong back bone of compelling 'material events' to get us over the 1-Bil. AS increase hurdle...don't know that we have anything in the pipe line just yet to do the trick...
