This application is designed to enhance task responsiveness and boost productivity by enabling users to easily receive notifications and perform tasks from the field, office or on the go. Infor QuickTask is available for download on the Apple iOS (version 7.0 and higher) including iPad, iPhone and iPod devices, to all licensed Infor Property Management users.
QuickTask improves turnover, walkthrough and inspection processes for property management. Users are now able to create and modify work orders, attach document images or record insights when moving from a property, via their mobile device. This application helps to streamline the entire purchase process by immediately notifying a supervisor of an order that requires approval. After receiving a notification, supervisors can code, approve or deny the purchase order from a mobile device. By providing a greater level of visibility in graphical format, QuickTask enables faster approvals for expenses, actuals and forecasted budgets.
