Actually they were buidling a barn. The permit as exhibited on the buidling site states "argicultural storage". Nothing on the pemits indicates it was a medical mj facility. As well if you called the town and asked to review permits issued to CEN Biotech you would have come up blank for site #1.The permits are in the name of Jim Shaaban. They do not have low iq's, nothing anywhere with the town prior to them finally filing a zoning amendment application gave notice as to what they were planning. It is far different to officially apply than it is to go on public record and state you have municipal approvals when in fact you don't.
