Southbreeze: I've been in stocks before that have been hurt by dilution. Because I continue to bring up this important issue before the shareholder meeting where it will be voted on does not mean I'm mentally unstable, as has become fashionable on the mb to say about me. I appreciate your concern, and all the other who feel it is appropriate to attack me personally.

I have been a passionate long, as you know, and still am. But the shareholder value Gerald has been promising hasn't materialized. We've increased expenditures, but instead of paying for those expenses with grants and partnership deals, we have been diluting/

Now we are voting on a billion new authorized shares! When this was announced a few weeks ago I said then as well as several others on the mb that they would need to see how the catalysts turned out that were scheduled to hit in early September. Well, those catalysts have not increased shareholder value. Why am I the only one discussing this?

I have seen that Gerald has a tendency to raise big potential catalysts that are right around the corner, but that corner is still around another corner. Yet, in the mean time, we continue to dilute. I haven't harped on this in the past because I figured by mid September we would be trading well above .20 to .30 cents and be funding Eltoprazine and Geneva and all our other additional expenditures with grant and partnership money. But that hasn't happened. If it doesn't soon, we will be funding them with LPC money....and giving away stock to them at low prices, something Gerald said he wouldn't do.

I just can't believe these issues are not relevant to anyone on this mb? I've stopped posting on Yahoo because I didn't think it was productive. If this board doesn't want to address serious issues, but calls people "insecure" or in need of "hand holding" who do discuss them...... sure...I'll stop posting. I have dialogue with other longs by phone.
