Great work JP, Zoom, and Chris. All the studies and times gets a bit muddled but I think this helps spell it out. Gives me hope that there is indeed a JV in the works. "Shortly" could be October 1st or Xmas depending on your frame of reference so hopefully we don't all go nuts around here in the mean time.
