3) thus WE CAN DICTATE OUR TERMS
terms- lender gets ca 1/2 sirgs profit -the accredited investors probably get 20% interest/yr at expense of retail-everything is always at the expense of retail
prime is only ca 3.5% since ca 2009 -money markets near 0%
co loses ca 1/2 profit, which hurts retail long term compared to reasonable bank financing and banks are grey themselves
