this has never been done in the mining industry before, kcpc whatever has a negative balance sheet -see thier last filed report-- funding is conditional on crowds willingness to do what nobody has been willing to do before- invest in this manner in the junior miners- silver is ca 18.50 near its recent all time low -just symptomatic of gold silver copper mining industry
the amount needed to get sirg rolling- 13 million- is a lot larger than what i think we were led to believe before- now implicated to be the amount just to refurbish existing infrastructure -does this include new stuff like electrical upgrades -new required wells, ADEQ etc permits,widening road-implies it doesnt
bugged me kcpc whatever-a defacto bankrupt co w a going concern opinion- PR'd something as if it were done when any agreements are conditional on this untried approach working to raise enough money-as far as we know no money has yet been raised for sirg
-i just learned of it -takes time to wrap your mind um so many improbabilities-would help greatly if sirg confirms this sowe would at least know its legit if sirg is truthful-why hasnt sirg PR'd this or blm or adeq permits, as is required for material events
this wont change national politics which has been blocking blm permit
i want sirg to succeed - but my cautions are this approach will take 1/2 of sirgs profits in a usurious way- the, inter alia, consumer protection advocate in me -so will reduce stockholders take -are the convertible notes convertible before the 8 yr time period runs out -this is just 3 ways money is siphoned away from retail in favor of the big boys-
so it is better than sirg bankruptcy but not a white knight - a compromise- not the perfect solution-just a deep compromise, IF it works out
which does give hope if it works but at the same time removes the hope of a white knight- i just get tired of humans taking advantage of each other instead of altruistically helping each other as i've done my entire life without remuneration on the honor system-but i've seen no honor among humans so i shouldnt be surprised -just the last of the idealists i guess
