Mauibound, perhaps you missed the last paragraph in my recent post:

I don't believe Gerald would continue to mention the possibility of an uplist without RS, and I don't believe his BOD and BOA would continue to allow him to do that without it being a real possibility, depending on factors that haven't been revealed yet.
