chris: Yes, I too believe ICON can do what we need to do over the next 12 months in penetrating the AD market. It's just that a master service agreement does not move our pps that way a JV partnership would have. That is why I have lowered my short term pps expectations, and why I am concerned about the billion share vote.

If cash generating grants and partnership deals keep getting pushed back, maybe we should push back the vote on one billion additional shares? Before we allow Gerald to leverage our shares more, we need some collateral first, in the form of partnership deals with up front cash. (Grants to fund Eltoprazine) On the CC Dr. Lowe sounded rather casual about his efforts to apply for grants to fund Eltoprazine, like it was just a side issue.

Insiders have had so many shares given to them, it is like Monopoly money to them. They do whatever they need to do in the form of dilution to increase the likelihood of hitting the jackpot down the road. I understand that in theory, but my shares weren't given to me, they were hard earned. I seem to be more interested in management hitting some of their milestone partnership deals and grants before they dilute more. Management doesn't seem as fazed by past and potential future dilution.

I don't mind some dilution, if it is balanced with concrete catalysts that raise the pps. Right now we need some concrete catalysts to move the pps up from .107 cents! When Gerald announced at the SF Conference back in January that we wouldn't be seeking a LymPro partner in the immediate future because of finding the "codes" that would dramatically increase LymPro's Net Present Value, we were trading above .13 cents at the time. 8 months later we are trading at .106 cents, and still don't have a JV Partner. Things take time, I get it. But lets not dilute my family's investment before Gerald hits some of these milestones!! When we get 30 million from a JV and MANF orphans really do pop our pps above .40 cents, then by all means...raise the authorized shares a billion, or two if he needs it. But lets get some positive cash generating catalysts first as collateral.
