Agreed, posting opinions the Eltoprazine trial should be cancelled or the Geneva office be closed is a bit over the top. Had a new poster made those suggestions Dave would have been the first one to accuse of soft bashing.
And can we stop putting everything on Gerald's shoulders? There's a large board of directors and team of advisors who are helping to guide how this will unfold. Their experience and insider knowledge of the best strategy for the company is far superior to anything speculated on a message board. I am confident they have multiple contingencies already planned depending on how certain events unfold, including the path to take if partnership money doesn't meet their expectations.
I have a $74K tax bill I will have to pay in about a month based on my Roth conversion last year. Am I freaking out because the share price isn't over $1 by now as I'd hoped? No, because I have contingency plans already in place in case my expectations aren't met by the filing date.
