Gerald should delay the vote. If he goes ahead and increases the billion shares and the MANF orphans don't pop our pps up, and he has to dilute until Lympro bails us out in 2H of 2015....shareholders will feel they got taken advantage of.
Rather than the above scenario, I would rather cancel the Eltoprazine trials and close down the Geneva office. If we were paying for all of these things with partnership money Gerald was bringing in, I'd be for them all. But if all that growth is being paid for with my shares being diluted....I'm not for it.
The insiders all have stock options and millions and millions of shares. They'll survive dilution for the next 2 years. I can't. I'm sorry. I only have about 1.1 million shares between my sons and I. I need them to retain their value!!
Gerald, stop the dilution to pay for all this company growth until you land some partnerships that bring in up front money!!! Don't fund Eltoprazine and multiple offices on my back. Let's wait until Lympro revenue allows us to do these things, or until one of those partnership negotiations you always have NDAs with.....actually materializes!
