I'm not afraid because we are trading at .106 cent

I am just lowering my pps expectations from .40 cents by November to .15 to .20 cents. Going from .106 cents to .15 to .20 cents by November, and then .50 cents by next summer (Pre-RS numbers) is still pretty darn good.
I believe those who say we won't need a RS are engaging in delusional thinking.
If the pps is still below .13 cents by Sept. 22nd, I will be voting "no" on the billion additional authorized shares. If we were trading above .25 cents then I'd feel much differently. Maybe Gerald should get the pps up to that range first, and then ask us for a billion extra authorized shares?
I would like to see more concrete catalysts that actually increase shareholder value rather than just speculate about potential shareholder value.....before we vote to double the authorized shares.
