The plot is thickening as allegedly Benz goes ballistic and launches threats against a published and admired NASA/SETI scientist and professor of chemistry whose integrity could run circles around a pompous lawyer who is connected to a fiasco that has resulted in the loss of millions of dollars from trusting shareholders and conversely enriched the pockets of scheming insiders known to the SEC. Apparently, Mr. Benz, Esq. doesn't want the light of day shining on what Dr. Apel could tell the world about the game.
