All kidding aside, he's been upfront with the type of work he does. Why in the world would he meet someone from a message board? He probably thought you were a phony and would never show up. He did give you credit for being who you say you are.
It's really not hard to figure out who he is and some of the folks here also know. He's acknowledge that as well.
If I were him, I'd stay anonymous as there are too many nut jobs on the internet and no need to jeopardize a career.
BTW - Like a lot of people, I don't gamble but do play a little for fun.
