Gobears, I understand AMBS is not currently margin

The only reason to wait would be to use the existing shares as collateral to allow the margin loan. I understand if that's the case. But I'd rather not even mess with the added risk of buying on margin or with borrowed money, and just use whatever means I could to generate extra cash now (work overtime, sell stuff, etc.) and buy at 11 cents vs. what we all expect to be significantly higher share prices later. You get more bang for the buck now, and you don't further increase the risk with the debt hanging over your head for an already risky investment. While we all agree AMBS has huge potential, it's still a development stage biotech company with zero revenue. That being said, I've taken a sizable position but not with borrowed funds. Been burned by that approach in the past, and not going there again.
