Re: ICPA #11361

I give you kudos for responding somewhat to my post. Since you did I will gladly do the same.

The negative I referred to was mostly due to the fact that on every pump & dump site around ICPA's name comes back with multiple pumps in the past. People in the OTC when doing DD look for things like this. Also the increase in the S/S every quarter doesn't help our case. Now I understand the increase was for future acquisitions and expansion so you would not have to increase it in the future. I GET THAT 100%...If that is truly what will happen.

"are we blindly following a man who just literally crashed his own PPS?"

At least you understood this was a serious question and not an accusation. I can see what you are saying and I am waiting it out just like everyone else. I don't exactly understand why MM's would pull support because of a name change but we shall see where that leads.

Now for the Greed...Loaning money to your own company for 65% discount on shares is called Toxic financing and makes you look pretty greedy, IMO. Unless I misunderstood that part of Q...Which I do not think I did. I understand you have never taken a paycheck and have funded the company and I do agree you deserve a return for all your hard work but I thought that's what the 250k was for when the company actually had the surplus money to pay people.

Now I could be mistaken on a few things I am pretty drunk and I am sad with the current PPS of ICPA right now.

It's very hard to look your friends and family in the face that supported the stock and had faith in the stock and now are asking me for answers because I told them to stay strong.
