We have done nothing negative ever in the past. So I have no idea what you are talking about.  We have never missed a filing and never had a single issue with any regulatory bodies. We are doing a name change to reflect our new direction as a TV Network with an out of home distribution network in place to promote our TV Network.

http://www.icplaces.com is not changing.  We will use the sites to cross promote our shows and the TV Network to do the same for the websites.

Shares are down right now because market makers have moved support while they wait for the name change and symbol change and unfortunately the drop in price has created panic selling which can become a spiraling cycle.  As soon as the change is done they will re enter their support.  Nobody hates the price at these levels more then I do.

Where in the world did I show my greed? I have never taken a paycheck and have personally funded the company for the last 7 years. I sold my own shares recently and gave all the proceeds to the company.
