From your posts I don't think I am confusing you with the genre of posters on the other boards. Your "song" is the same. Why don't you try to provide some positive input into how you might offer assistance to the company? When all a poster can do is complain without adding then I admit my thinking is why would an investor behave in this way if his/her real motive was to assist the company?
It has been said, the company has real patents and real patents pending; it has business relationships with one of the planet's top military/industrial research groups; it has agreements with a grocery chain; it deals with the EPA; it has two of the world's top medical/gynecological experts helping to develop a unique N-Assay product; it has developing distribution relationships in Saudi Arabia and Singapore; it is almost certainly negotiating design and production cooperation for the N-Assay with a significant production company; it has clear research results establishing the longevity, quality, durability and accuracy of its petri plates at levels far beyond any competitor; its packaging systems operate in harsh conditions in contexts needed by the military and developing country medical facilities; it hired an experienced VP for sales and marketing.
And in the face of this all you can do is conclude that nearly all "pinks" are forces of evil and that you are being deceived? You wonder why I am questioning your motives? I hesitate to bring in Shakespeare, but "Methinks (Itsme) doth protest too much!"
