There are currently 2,564 companies that do not report their financial condition; all pink sheets. Those companies represent 10% of the total U.S. Market. It is proven, without question, the majority of fraudulent companies operate within this 10% sector; most of them not reporting their financial condition. I think you'd find it hard to prove that Nanologix has anymore of a "top secret" operation going on than several companies who contract with the U.S. Military to provide them with ammunition for battle who do report their quarterly statements. Furthermore, the idea that the share price can easily be manipulated is most likely true, as that is the case for several companies who report as well. However, how does that affect the operations of the company and their ability to produce revenue? It doesn't. If the share price collapsed to sub pennies tomorrow, it wouldn't impact how the company is conducting their day to day operations one bit. They're a penny stock today, they'll be one tomorrow as well.
People want to see if the story the company is telling matches up to their financial condition. That isn't too much to ask for and it certainly isn't going to impact the company one bit to supply that data. The company has no legitimate excuse for suppressing it's financial condition. It certainly isn't going to attract any significant money into the market by not providing this information either. Only one logical reason can be assumed; they're not doing very well.
