I'm confused by your post for a couple of reasons:
1. "It sounds like Gerald doesn't want to talk today on the CC about any of the business arrangements concerning Lympro...He says he is 'contractually prohibited.' I understand that." -- It has nothing to do with him "wanting" to talk about it. If he's prohibited, he simply cannot talk about it. My interpretation of this is that it's a good thing that he cannot discuss it.
2. You can't be serious about postponing the shareholder meeting. That would do a great deal of damage to credibility, which is already questioned by some (unfairly).
They picked the dates for the CC and the shareholder meeting themselves. I trust that they picked them knowing that certain events would be unfolding. Let's just see what the CC brings before we start speculating on its effect on the share price. Broad revenue guidance is better than none at all. Test data will be presented when it's ready.
