Yes, if the catalysts between now and Sept. 22nd are not strong, then maybe a "no" vote on the billion new authorized shares would be justified. I am waiting until tonight's CC to hear about early revenue guidance. I am waiting to see the bridge study data. I am waiting to hear Gerald's PR about exercising the MANF/Retinitis Patent Option.
However, I still haven't heard enough from Gerald to convince me to vote "yes" on the billion new shares, but my ears are wide open and my eyes will be watching for new catalysts over the next 20 days. I could very easily be convinced to vote "yes." It is still too early to decide, either on the vote, or on whether or not Gerald has credibility regarding dilution. If we are trading below .15 cents by Sept. 21st, I will vote "no."
