Nice try, but SKTO is NOT a party to the alleged CDN merger. Read the June 20 letter again. AEGY is the US firm in question in that alleged cross-border scheme. According to Savage, Dr. Apel quit BBio. His FB confirms. Obviously, Apel sees no good future in BBio. If he did, he would stay. Without Apel's brains, why would Gold stick around? They've been a team for decades. And they'll likely reinvent BBio away from the bandits.
