Ask yourself why is it too Restrictive Now. That is the reason he gave.
Seems the US is not restrictive at all with no guidelines. Even in the grays he can still do what he wants.
So why is it Restrictive now?
Canada has a lot of regulations for its MMJ companies.
This may be the reason for it to be too restrictive now.
Maybe the company that they are suppose to merge he did not like the restrictions that would be upon him.
We don't know why yet.
