If you're expecting a license this week you haven't done your homework. And yes there is a pre-inspection but there is also another inspection after the license is granted. But thats a mute point.
There is a lot of paperwork that goes into this and they don't start it until they inspect the facility and approve it. Otherwise they would be doing the license paperwork for everyone who applied and it would be a big waste of time.
Yes technically HC could of already approved them but no one will know that until HC draws up the papers, which I can insure you that it doesn't happen over night.
Just trying to let you all know that you shouldn't get your hopes up for an announcement this week. Is it possible... Yes. Likely ... No.
Fitx will indeed get there license. HC is just a slow and painful process if you haven't realized that by now.
